The aim of the project was to implement and develop, and now to maintain a WFM (WorkForce Management) class system, streamlining the management of field tasks, teams and analytics related to sales and organisation management. The system facilitates task management and optimises assignment of resources to tasks, which leads to increased efficiency of field teams and shorter task completion times.
