The main objective of the project is to streamline communication between the postal service provider and the Judicial Procurement Center, as well as to handle the billing of services provided by the postal operator for all judiciary units and regional prosecutor’s offices in Poland. The Shipment Management System (SOP) enables order compilation and filing complaints regarding specific shipments, whether domestic or international, across court units throughout Poland.

Artist Management Platform

The project’s task was to create and manage a system that enables communication between ZASP members and the organization. The platform allows real-time verification of membership fee status and the amount of accrued royalties. It facilitates electronic voting and streamlines the membership application process. The system is continuously evolving, and we are pleased to also handle its development and maintenance.

Public Registers System in Tourism

We co-developed the Public Registers System in Tourism together with the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The system was designed with the needs of individuals using the services of tourism businesses in mind. It contains a register of all officially registered hotel facilities, travel agencies, mountain guides, and more in Poland.

The tool allows users to verify whether a given tourism entity is operating legally. Additionally, the system supports local government authorities in supervising hotel facilities and other establishments offering hotel services.

Map Portal

Map Portal for the Capital City of Warsaw

In April 2021, we began working for the Capital City of Warsaw on the development and implementation of the Warsaw map service, along with providing Solution Maintenance and carrying out Modifications.

As a result of the project, a new version of the service was created: https://testmapa.um.warszawa.pl/, which was visually modernized. The interface became visually appealing to contemporary users. Additionally, the project increased the usability of the service and expanded it with new functionalities.

The usability improvements and expansion included:

Enhancing interface appeal and intuitiveness
We redesigned the interface to make it more modern and user-friendly, which contributed to increased user engagement.
Optimizing data search
We improved the search mechanisms to allow faster and more precise retrieval of needed information.
Creating user profiles
We introduced the ability to create individual profiles, allowing the portal to better adapt to each user’s needs.
Thematic data categorization
We implemented thematic data categories, making navigation on the portal clearer.
Creating and sharing custom maps
Users gained the ability to create their own maps and share them, increasing the portal’s interactivity.
Performance and security optimization
We applied the latest technologies to ensure smooth operation and resistance to potential threats.
Improving mobile device accessibility
Thanks to a responsive design, the portal became fully accessible on smartphones and tablets.
Expanding existing functionalities and adding new ones
Based on user feedback and our analysis, we enhanced existing features and introduced new ones, increasing the portal’s value for its users.

Digital Platform of the Industry of the Future

In November 2020, we became part of the Industry of the Future Platform project, which aims to develop the Industry 4.0 ecosystem in Poland and enhance the competitiveness of domestic companies in the global market through the implementation of digital solutions.
Our task was to design and implement the Digital Platform, which we had the pleasure of co-creating together with the Industry of the Future Platform Foundation. The Digital Platform is a free tool for entrepreneurs, providing, among other things, access to expert and practitioner support on the path to digital transformation. It serves to initiate and integrate initiatives that support building competitiveness through the effective implementation of Industry 4.0 standards.
