We are facing a completely new project situation due to the coronavirus pandemic—since March 16, we have all been working remotely. This required reorganizing the work of all teams, selecting the best tools, and imposing a new mode of operation to minimize the loss of benefits that come from being “under one roof.” This also brings many new challenges and attempts to adapt our proven organizational methods to the current situation.
Thanks to our pre-pandemic efforts, we have a stable project situation; our clients are also working remotely and continue to generate new orders.
This allows us to focus our efforts on maintaining high work quality and a good atmosphere within our teams. It is very important to us that even though most areas of public life have been suspended, we can continue our work with minimal disruption. At the same time, new contract opportunities are emerging, which we are striving to secure, believing we can handle those too.
Our biggest challenge currently is the lack of direct contact with you. We miss your daily presence, laughter, jokes, and coffee break conversations. Online meetings serve project-related matters and, by nature, are not very social. Therefore, a good practice, followed by some team members, is to join the conference call a little earlier to, for example, enjoy a coffee together.
We believe that as a team, we will overcome this challenge!
