New project for public administration

New project for public administration

In June, one of the largest projects of the year kicked off. Its start was challenging, beginning during the exceptional period when we switched to remote work. Fortunately, the online recruitment went very smoothly, and we welcomed people with very strong skills into our team. Thanks to that, we completed the analysis phase on time and with great success — huge congratulations to the team!

Ahead of us lies another organizational and technological challenge — the implementation phase, which will last 12 months. The project will involve 16 consultants from our organization, with the delivery overseen by a synergy of very high technical and analytical competencies. The business goal of the project is very interesting. Our task is to create a system fully configurable by stakeholders. One of its features will be the creation of new substantive forms and new system processes. This is a very ambitious challenge, which our architects have successfully met. The tool is designed to improve the functioning of the Ministry of Finance in the back-office area. Its purpose will be to optimize and digitize the processes of producing, sharing, and disseminating information about a unified and up-to-date position of the tax administration authorities regarding the interpretation and application of tax and customs law regulations.

In September, we successfully completed the first phase of the project — the analysis and preparation of the technical design. Now we face intense work on developing the system, which must be finished by early March of the upcoming year.
